Practice Nurses

Practice Nurse Caroline Maynard

Caroline is our diabetes nurse who will undertake annual diabetic reviews as well as following up those patients who need to be seen quicker. Caroline will also undertake various other nursing duties such as cervical smears, childhood immunisations and minor illness.

Health Care Assistants

Health Care Assistant Ali Kembrey

Ali is our Healthcare Assistant and undertakes various nursing appointments such as phlebotomy, blood pressure checks, vaccinations, wound management/dressings, ECG’s.

Trainee Nursing Associate Hannah Hiscock

Hannah is our Trainee Nurse Associate and currently undertakes Phlebotomy, Blood Pressure checks, ECG’s and injections. Hannah is undergoing regular training in order to qualify as a registered Nurse Associate which will see her expanding her nursing duties as she moves forwards.

Managing Partner Hayley Beresford

Joined the practice in September 2012 after relocating from Derbyshire. Employed within the NHS since 2001. Responsible for the Business Management of the surgery including Human Resources, Finance, Information Technology & Health and Safety. The Practice Manager supports the GPs, Nurses and practice staff, ensuring that resources are in place to provide high quality patient care.

Mr Dean Mills

Assistant Practice Manager

Joined the Practice in 2021 and is the day to day manager who ensures that there are sufficient reception staff, that the clinics are available for booking and that staff are trained to know how best to respond to patient enquiries. He is the first port of call in resolving any concerns that patients or staff may have.
