At Ashington House Surgery we operate a Total Triage Model of Care. This means every GP appointment request, whether made by phone, online or in person, is assessed before an appointment at the surgery is offered. Please view our Fair Use Policy on requesting and using our services.
Patients can self-book a Livi GP video appointment using their mobile or tablet, without needing to complete a Rapid Health triage form.
