Patient rights and responsibilities

We aim to treat our patients courteously at all times and expect our patients to treat our staff in a similarly respectful way. It is your responsibility to keep your appointments, inform us of your past illnesses, medication, hospital admissions and any other relevant details.

Your responsibility to us:

  • we expect all our staff to be treated with the same respect you would expect from us – we have a Zero Tolerance Policy with regard to abuse
  • we will not disclose information about anyone other than yourself
  • we expect to be informed when patients are unable to attend for an appointment
