Cancer Care
Our Cancer Care Coordinator will get in touch with you to talk about how best to help you especially following diagnosis. These first months can be a busy time with appointments and emotions whilst your treatment and care plan is being set up. They can be your point of contact, someone who knows things work and can be your go between with your Doctors, Specialists and Care Team if there is anything that is worrying you. They will have your best interests at the heart of everything that they do. They can help with practical health and support as well as emotional health and well-being support.
